Work with APTC!

APTC is seeking passionate Teaching Artists to join our year-round programming for young artists ages 8–17. If you are an artist-educator who values a human-centered, “process over product” approach and believes in nurturing both artistic and personal growth, we want to hear from you!
What We Value
-
Process Over Product: We champion exploration, experimentation, and growth over perfection.
-
Respect & Belonging: We believe in creating a space where everyone—young artists, teaching artists, and partners—feels seen, heard, and valued.
-
Holistic Growth: Our programs extend beyond performance skills, cultivating life skills that endure beyond the stage.
-
Continuous Learning: We are committed to ongoing learning and development for both young artists and educators, fostering a community that grows together.
